Hello, everyone! I’m Nataly Ourly, the founder and CEO of BeeOurly — the Mindful Calendar that’s set to change the way we experience time.
It’s a calendar with AI tools that make scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and following up with clients easier than ever. By seeing time as a gift, we change our shared relationship with it. It becomes our life’s navigator, reducing stress while adding positivity to the world.
We are currently in the development phase of this groundbreaking product, and we are eager to present it to you! As we prepare for our launch, we will take you along on a journey through the world of effective time management. I’ll be sharing secrets of perfect planning, introducing you to our product, sharing my thoughts on various topics including IT startups, AI, team building, and more.
For now, let me recount the story of how this service came into existence. How and why did the BeeOurly project come to life?
As a practicing executive coach, I work with clients who truly value every minute of their time. Many of them manage their own calendars, preferring not to rely on assistants. So, the question arose: how can we minimize the time spent on coordinating our schedules, leaving room for personal lives and those cherished moments with friends and family?
Usually, this coordination was handled through messaging apps, but it often led to clients missing meeting start times or losing track of crucial messages regarding dates and times. Slowly but surely, it became evident that the chaos needed to be organized! And that’s how the idea for creating BeeOurly was born.
You might wonder, weren’t there similar services and applications available before? Of course, there were! However, BeeOurly comes with its own unique superpower, which I’ll reveal in future posts.
